About Camryn

Camryn Lemberger, therapist in West Hollywood

Hi, I’m Camryn, a therapist working with adults, couples, and teens from all backgrounds, based in West Hollywood. Is there a gap between the life you’re living and the one you know is possible? Maybe you’re struggling with relationships, direction, or a sense of meaning. Therapy offers space to pause and look more closely at what you’re carrying.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years in the tech industry. I understand the culture, the pace, and the unique pressures that come with professional life, and I bring that understanding into my work with clients.

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based theory. We explore patterns: how you show up in relationships, what keeps repeating, and how your past experiences influence the present. We look at what’s beneath the surface to create lasting change. I believe in the therapeutic relationship. When there’s safety, trust, and genuine connection in the room, real transformation becomes possible.

I specialize in working with men navigating culture, gender roles, and questions about identity. Many men receive implicit messages about masculinity, about how to show up, what to feel, and what to keep to themselves. Together, we build self-compassion and a different relationship with feelings, one that honors both strength and vulnerability.

I also work with athletes navigating performance pressure, injury, and life after sport. Competition shapes identity and relationships in ways that don’t always get talked about. Through therapy, we can create space where these experiences are truly understood.

Through our work together, you’ll develop the self-understanding, confidence, and self-compassion that lead to real growth. I’m passionate about creating space where we can both be fully human.
